We also offer private lessons for those looking for more personalized guidance.Maze does very well 1:1 personally and she didn't realize how much more intense the work outs are. She wants to know she continues 1:1's and wants to offer it loudly. "Some folks just need to understand a move privately, then get homework. I'm one of those people!" All-inclusive, the pole community stands for women's needs and dreams with wild dedication to ethics and diversity, and we provide studio rentals for those who want to share their love for dance.

Maze is made up of a bundle of passionate enthusiasm, longevity, and a love for dance with enough energy to run to El Paso in a day no sweat and thanks to POLE fitness. With a total of 45 years of experience in College level education and women's health medicine, along with various certifications for those, Maze is dedicated to women reaching their goals using dance. She researches medical journals on the tpic of POLE SPORT and there are MANY studies: POLE WORKS!
6 yrs in the sport and over 18 contributing wonderful instructors, she is Expert Pole certified with on-going active training to keep the health her doctors are calling miraculous. She thrives on finding others to join her, creating a supportive and nurturing environment where all students & instructors can flourish physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This includes offering personal service, engaging pole fitness classes, personalized private lessons, and accessible studio rentals to ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive.

MFP offers a variety of options for programs for specifically new students & especially those struggling with hormone levels that are being found in their late 20's. Each decade we change-FACT. Fitness must be FUN, that is when it is SUSTAINABLE.
Our programs are designed to help students reach their full potential and achieve their Personal fitness, dance, & mental well-being goals or dreams. Music and style is PERSONAL and it is divided for appropriate moods & expressions so you can explore yours. Flow or continuous motion, is her fav and fits multiple geners and offering the cardiac zones, muscle to failure & HITT and end range flexibility she needs to keep away from sarcopenia!
From private lessons to pole nutrition, end range flexibility, balance points, or style selection, there is an option for anyone who WANTS to get healthy. Additionally, we provide studio rentals for those looking to practice or teach in a dedicated space.
Exhibitions by request including couples duets available.
